Soccer practice went really well too yesterday. Brent took her this time. She came home and told me that coach told them there are 3 rules they need to know for soccer.
#1 No touching the ball with your hands
#2 Have fun
#3 Have fun
She thought that was really funny and she does indeed have fun!
Noah and Anna both had doctor check-ups this morning for their 2nd and 6th birthdays. They both did great! Anna is in the 90th percentile for height (47 1/2 inches) and 25th for weight (45 pounds). Noah is not yet on the charts, but since he's been home, his growth curve has been slowly going up at least. No more scary dips the wrong way like he had a couple times in Guatemala! He weighed in at 20 pounds 9 ounces today. He's going to continue his weekly speech/eating therapy through Holland Hospital and next week he'll go to Mary Free Bed for an evaluation of his oral motor development. But, except for eating and speaking, he's right on track developmentally. We're so thankful! One bummer, though... he has pink eye. :( I noticed one eye has been red, but it doesn't seem to bother him. But it is indeed pink eye (very contagious). So we'll just have to do drops for a few days and hope that the rest of us don't catch it.
I had a meeting with Rylee's preschool teacher last night and had to bring 3 pictures of Rylee. I thought I'd share one of my favorites:
