Jesus loves the Little Children

The other night we had some friends over for a play date and lined up all the kids on a couch for a picture. Look at all those precious blessings!
From left to right: Aden Bannach, Levi Bannach, Rylee, Noah, Jaden Bender, Ian Bannach, Anna Then last night at church we had our Children's Christmas program with the theme: "Christmas Around the World." It began with Rylee's 3-school class singing "Jesus Loves Me" and "Jesus Loves the Little Children." She was in the back row and I couldn't see her at all (for a picture), but she was so proud to be on the stage!

Then the older children were divided up to represent about 6 or 7 different countries with their costumes and songs. Anna and her classmates represented Mexico and sang "Away in a Manger" in Spanish while they played their maracas.

At the end of the service, all the kids mingled together, symbolizing all the people from various countries coming together. They danced and sang their hearts out together in worship to our awesome God. It was very powerful and emotional. I was 1/2 in tears and 1/2 laughing as some of the children...okay, one cowboy in particular...was dancing so enthusiastically right in the front row, stealing the show. There's nothing like the uninhibited praise of children. Oh how Jesus loves all the little children in the world!
